The purpose of the International Single Shot Association To encourage participation in the shooting sports and particularly the recreation of shooting single shot rifles with plain base lead bullets. To promote and encourage competition, sportsmanship, and good fellowship among single shot participants. To promote public awareness and support of all shooting sports.
